The new T610 1400mm aero roof sleeper completes the T610 range, which now provides Australian operators the broadest choice of purpose-built cabs and sleepers including a day cab, 860mm aero, 760mm mid-roof, and most recently the 600mm aero sleeper offering room for both a sleeper and a bullbar in combination with full-length 34 pallet trailer sets within the 26m B-double envelope.
Truly at home on Australia’s roads, the T610 1400mm sleeper cab option is suitable for a variety of applications from single trailers to road trains and has been designed and engineered here for our unique regulations and conditions.
Offering enhanced driver comfort, space and flexibility in fit-out, the new 1400mm sleeper comes with even more interior space and in-cab standing room than its 50” predecessor.
As standard, the 1400mm sleeper comes with a superior 790mm inner spring mattress, and the option of a King single, which is 300mm wider than the standard at 1090mm. The upper bunk option, if selected is 100mm wider than in the 50” cab.
There are many different fit-out combinations and options to tailor to your needs, depending upon your selected bunk size. With the King single there is rear wall hanging space and shelving. The standard bunk comes with multiple storage tower and hanging space options.
Both configurations feature separate clean and wet storage under the bunk, provision for a stand up fridge and shelf cavity for appliances such as a microwave, over-door storage, optional 240v electric sockets and sleeper power distribution modules, and the option of a slave air conditioning unit.

Kenworth has added even more flexibility to the T610 with the release of a 600mm aero roof sleeper cab to complement its existing day-cab, 760mm mid-roof and 860mm sleeper cab options.
The most compact sleeper in the T610 range offers you an outstanding driver’s experience with in-cab comfort, combined with aerodynamic lines to support enhanced fuel efficiency. Designed to fit within the 26m B-double envelope, the new sleeper allows for full length 34 pallet trailer sets with the inclusion of a bullbar for optimal durability.
Designed specifically for the Australian road transport market and centred around the needs of the driver, the T610 delivers superior space, visibility and ergonomics. A more open and relaxed cabin makes it easier for the driver to move around in and rest during breaks. The new 600mm aero roof sleeper offers left and right hand sleeper vents, open shelving, foam mattress with hinged pan for under bunk storage, a windscreen privacy curtain and sleeper blackout curtain. An optional under-bunk storage drawer and 42L fridge are also available.

The cab of the T610 is significantly wider than our traditional cabs, offering increased walkthrough space between the seats, greater room head-to-toe, more standing room in the sleeper cabs and additional storage – all of it positioned for maximum convenience.
Driver comfort is enhanced by an advanced heating and air-conditioning system with automatic climate control. More powerful yet more efficient, it maintains optimum cabin temperature at all times, in all driving conditions, all year round.
The T610 cabin boasts new triple sealed doors and door apertures— an innovation that minimises noise and dust leaks, and whose quality construction you’ll feel and hear, each time the doors close.
Behind the wheel you immediately feel in command. The more expansive windscreen offers a panoramic view of the road, while the cabin's superior ergonomics mean switchgear and controls are positioned intuitively, and that dashboard instrumentation is visible at a glance.
Available in a range of colours, the cab interior features high quality upholstery in the traditional studded pattern. And there is a choice of a day cab, or a 600mm, 760mm or 860mm sleeper. Both sleeper options come with a wrap-around privacy curtain to make full use of the cab during rest periods.
